UNFORTUNATELY, because of the idiotic out-of-town jerks who rioted last year (2013) there will be NO FREE CONCERTS this year. Thanks a lot to the punks who come in from out-of-town and care less about surfing, the positive beach spirit, and all things good, and senselessly start ruining things after a good week of surfing and free concerts and lots of other good things. We ALL suffer due to a few bad apples. Not sure writing this does much good because the idiots who joined in the riot probably can't read anyways.
